SHIPPING POLICY
At OG Skincare, we're committed to delivering your glow-enhancing products promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our products.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after receipt.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Note: During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Complimentary for all U.S. orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Rates are calculated based on weight and destination during checkout.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. OG Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@theogskincare.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
